What if a Guest has a pet?

All Guests who have a pet pay a half-month pet damage deposit prior to moving in, which is held in trust by Happipad until the end of the living arrangement. Hosts can claim the cost of repair for damage due to the pet from the pet damage deposit. The pet damage deposit, less any claims awarded to the Host, is returned to the Guest within 30 days after the end date of the living arrangement.
